Incorrect Metadata displaying on Amazon.com website

1. Compare metadata in CoreSource to metadata displayed on Amazon.com.

2. Verify metadata displaying on ipage, https://ipage.ingramcontent.com/ipage/li001.jsp , matches metadata in CoreSource.  

3. If metadata diplayed on iPage does not match, send an email to, tqdata@ingramcontent.com, with all the corrections needed to be made.

NOTE: Changes can take up to 48 hours.

4. If metadata changes do not pass to Amazon, after 48 hours, enter a Vendor Central ticket, https://vendorcentral.amazon.com, add a reference to the ONIX file name that was sent with the correct metadata and date XML file was delivered.

NOTE: IPS only sends to Amazon US and CA, Canada.
